DESCRIPTION:
E. Howard & Co., Boston, Mass., "Timepiece" tower or street clock, time only, weight driven movement stamped "3587" with maintaining power, c1890, with a modern painted cast iron frame and a painted wooden dial and plastic numerals.
CONDITION:
the clock appears complete including original weights, crank, dial linkage and pendulum. The dial and stand are a modern replacement. The cast iron frame retains some of its original paint including the serial # and has been touched up elsewhere. The suspension spring on the pendulum is broken. Ht 56", Dial Width 24"
